RESTORATIVE MASSAGE

An exfoliating and invigorating body treatment and massage in one! Your
therapist will start this treatment out with a dry body brushing and then
massage with 100% organic, virgin, cold pressed coconut oil. The combination
of exfoliating, massaging and rejuvenating your skin and muscles will
increase circulation, give a natural energy boost, exfoliates the skin, and
boost lymphatic drainage. Our all-natural bamboo and sisal dry brush will be
sent home with you to continue your skin care routine at home

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Concentrating on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body, deep tissue alleviates muscle tension that is often a side effect of chronic pain.

Because the deep tissue massage increases the flow of blood through the body, it helps reduce the inflammation that causes pain.

A whole body therapeutic massage designed to relax the muscles and joints. Using long, flowing strokes to reduce tension, increase circulation, & induce relaxation.

Nurturing, full body massage for moms-to-be. Relieve stresses and strains, heavy legs, and an aching back with this all over body treatment. Must have Dr. permission to receive massage in the first trimester.

A retreat for two! Great for couples, friends, or mother & daughter. Enjoy a therapeutic massage together in our couple's suite. Choose from Hot Stone, or Swedish massages.

Due to the high demand of this room we do not offer the couples massage in 80 minute increments.
