POLICIES & COURTESIES

• Guests must be 16 years of age or older.

• We recommend that you schedule services prior to arrival. We are currently booking 2-3 months in advance for groups, multiple appointments, and/or weekends (Fridays & Saturdays)

• A major credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

• When scheduling services, please inform us if you prefer a male or female therapist.

• Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your spa services.

• Late arrivals will not have the benefit of their full scheduled time.

• Any cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the total services.

• "No Show" appointments will be charged in full.

• Gratuity is not included in service prices.

• Gratuity will be automatically added to packages and all food & beverage orders.

• Gift cards are available for packages or dollar value.

• Gift Cards must be present at time of redemption.

• Please let us know if you may be pregnant, as some services are not available during your first trimester.

• For the comfort and privacy of all spa guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off or put on silent when arriving at the Spa and you speak quietly in all common areas so other guests may relax.
