• All guests at The Spa at Venetian Bay must be 16 years of age or older.

• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know 24 hours in advance.

• IF YOU ARE PREGNANT please note that we do not offer Body treatments or massages during your first trimester. If you are high risk please get your Drs clearance before receiving spa services. 

• If you do not receive an email after booking your service please check to make sure you finished booking your appointment.
