Guests must be 16 years of age or older to use the spa and fitness facilities.

We recommend that you schedule services prior to arrival.

A major credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

When scheduling services, please inform us if you prefer a male or female therapist.

Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your spa services.

Late arrivals will not have the benefit of their full scheduled time.

Any cancellations without a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the total services.

"No Show" appointments will be charged in full.

Gratuity is not included in service prices.

Gratuity will be automatically added to packages and all food & beverage orders.

Gift cards are available for packages or dollar value.

Gift Cards must be present at time of redemption.

Please let us know if you may be pregnant, as some services are not available during your first trimester.

For the comfort and privacy of all spa guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off or put on silent when arriving at the Spa.

ABOUT US
The Spa at Venetian Bay offers an extensive menu of indulgent signature services that will enhance your mind, body and soul. As a Spa Guest you will experience relaxation and rejuvenation personified as you enter into our Venetian Lounge. The Venetian Lounge is available for all our guests that are having services with us to use the day of their treatment. In our relaxing lounge you will find a heated hydrotherapy pool in the shape of a Nautilus shell with therapeutic jets and waterfalls, breathtaking warm stone loungers, and a unique Himalayan salt sauna. Bring your swim suit as this is a coed room and give yourself plenty of time before or after your service to relax with us!
